The Best Methods to Lose Weight After You Have Your Baby

If you aren’t happy with the weight you’ve gained during your pregnancy, don’t worry. You can lose that weight quickly and easily as long as you know what to do. You may think that you don’t have time to work out because your baby is at a stage where it needs its mother as often as possible. However, your baby likely naps often. If you get into the habit of getting your workouts in whenever your baby is napping, you’ll soon see drastic results. Here are three exercises you can do during that nap time that will supercharge your day and leave you feeling and looking your best.
Drawing In: This exercise is perfect for women who just had a baby because not only will it help you lose weight, but it will strengthen your back, abs and overall core, which will help your posture and increase your metabolism at the same time. To do this exercise, get down on all fours with your hands right under your shoulders. Then, pull your abs in and make sure your neck remains in line with your spine. Breathe in through your nose while keeping your back straight and then breathe out while pulling your navel up and in without moving your spine. Do this twelve times and repeat for three sets to get a good abdominal and core workout. Arm Flutters: This is a great post-natal exercise that can be completed right next to your baby’s crib. Simply lie down flat on your back while your legs are straight in the air. Now, pick your torso slightly off the ground and lift your arms while keeping them straight. Slowly lower back down and completely for 20-50 times. This will make your core strong, which means you’ll be burning more calories. That baby weight is sure to come off in record time as long as you do this exercise at least three times per week.
The Bicycle: No, this doesn’t involve riding a bicycle. This is an abdominal exercise that is great for post-natal women looking to lose the baby weight. First, lie on the floor with your knees bent and your calves parallel to the floor. Put your hands behind your head and inhale and then exhale while you draw your abs in. Keep your butt relaxed as you extend your right leg and then rotate your right shoulder to your left knee. Your head and shoulders should come off the ground for this movement. Then, return to the starting position and repeat on the other side. Do three sets of twelve to twenty and you’ll soon see that baby fat melting away.
So if you find yourself heavier than you’d like to be after your baby’s been born, it’s time to do something about it. Fortunately, the tips above are easy enough that you can do them at any time and pretty much anywhere. Just make sure you warm up before you start any fitness routine, and you cool down as well. There are plenty more tips out there that will help you lose the weight, but the three tips above will get you off to a great start.”This information was brought to you by http://www.eoptics.com, your source for all things related tochrome hearts.”
